Join an Ansys Elite Channel Partner as an Application Engineer where you'll work with cutting-edge simulation tools supporting top-tier clients across aerospace, automotive, electronics, and biomedical industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated engineer with a strong background in mechanical or fluids engineering who enjoys solving complex problems using advanced simulation technology. Provide technical support, consulting, and training to users of Ansys Mechanical and CFD, while supporting technical sales and pre-sales initiatives. Deliver innovative solutions using Ansys and Synopsys simulation tools for a diverse customer base, collaborate with industry experts, and make a real impact in advanced engineering solutions. This dynamic role offers ongoing professional development, exposure to cutting-edge FEA and CFD technology, and the chance to work on projects involving DoD and DoE contracts in a supportive team environment.
Requirements:

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED
U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED (mandated by federal law due to exposure to DoD and DoE data)
Recent graduate or up to 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical or fluids engineering
Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) required
Background or familiarity with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical training
Enthusiasm for working across multiple industries and solving complex problems
Flexibility to travel 3-5 days per month for client support and training
Ability to handle sensitive data under DoD and DoE contracts
LOCAL CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED (Tulsa area or within 50-100 mile radius)
