7. License to Use by Employers :
StaffMine hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the website only for your internal business use seeking candidates for employment. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the website solely for your personal use directly related to using the website for the purpose of searching and recruiting job candidates for positions you have available at a given time. Farming or downloading continuously resumes from the database is prohibited and access of use will be denied permanently with all fees due. StaffMine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if StaffMine determines that you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. Staffmine retains the right to adjust pricing as it sees fit for ad hoc Employers who have not subscribed for a set duration period as defined under payment options or written agreement. Staffmine shall retain the right to suspend any employer who fails to pay for the service monthly in advance, should the employer not wish to continue with said service then all fees outstanding will be due and this will be judged upon whether the employer posts positions in the month, or has their company logo advertised, or searches the candidate database, or sends emails to candidates and where payment has not been made which will deem that the employer wished to continue advertising on an ad hoc basis. All media partner agreements are subject to change or cancellation without notice to Employers
8. License to Use by Job Seekers Users: Staffmine hereby grants you a non-exclusive, limited, terminable, right to access and use the website only for your personal use seeking employment opportunities for yourself. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the website solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Your use of the website is a privilege. Staffmine reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion.
9. Other Specific Rules for Acceptable Website Use:
You represent, warrant and agree that you will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the website for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. 8. Jobs that pay by commission only;

Direct Promotion of your own website through jobs postings or applications which conflicts with the pricing, services and or marketing structures of Staffmine including solicitation, enticing etc of potential candidates/jobseekers through the use of our database whether through email, telephonic or any other means of communication to subscribe or register on your website or any other website. A penaly of no less than $1000.us dollars per transgression or jobseeker contacted shall apply. Only paid advertisement banners shall link through to a subscribers web site
5. post chain letters or pyramid schemes; or post opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise.
6. Your materials(s) must contain sufficient detail to convey clearly to the user the nature and requirements of the job opportunity, or your qualifications as a candidate for employment.
7. Material(s) that encourage the user to "email you or others for more details" are not permitted. Material(s) from any third party charging a fee or restricting complete access to all resume information are prohibited.
8. Job postings must be individual openings by country territory etc.
9. StaffMine will take reasonable care to insure the quality of its web site, however it is under no obligation to monitor the posted materials. StaffMine may monitor posted materials on a random basis. Material(s) found to violate the above Posting Rules may be removed at StaffMine's discretion and the fees associated with said posting shall be forfeited by the User.
10. You may not provide, disclose or lend your username and or password or post job postings for a set fee on behalf of of any known competitor or non registered user. A penaly fee of $10,000 us will apply to any Employer/Company.
11 Conduct Rules:
1. You may not respond to postings by other users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to apply for the job or to initiate further discussion with the candidate). Communications soliciting the employer's business are prohibited.
2. You may not send unsolicited commercial email to users.
3. Report inappropriate postings or conduct to:jobs@staffmine.com
4.You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
5. If at any time during the term of this Agreement StaffMine comes to the understanding that you misled StaffMine of your business practices and/or services, and/or purchased services that do not represent your precise business, StaffMine reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your use privileges immediately.
6. StaffMine is under no obligation to monitor the conduct of its users, but it may investigate and respond when violations are reported.
12. Security Rules:
1. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, without limitation: i. accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access; ii. attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; iii. attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, or other acts such as "overloading" or "flooding"; iv. sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services;

IN NO EVENT SHALL STAFFMINE (OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR ADVERTISERS), BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR NON-DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS IN THE AGGREGATE OF ONE HUNDRED U.S.DOLLARS ($100.00), OR, IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYER WITH AN AGREEMENT WITH STAFFMINE, THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO STAFFMINE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IF GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00). DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE TERMS, IN ADDTION TO MONEY DAMAGES, STAFFMINE, WILL BE ENTITLED TO RELIEF UPON A BREACH OF THESE TERMS BY YOU AS A USER.
20. Payment of Services upon Termination:
If at any time during the course of this Agreement you should terminate this Agreement, not to include your termination in the case of breach of this agreement by StaffMine, StaffMine shall reserve the right to receive all outstanding payments from you. Subscriptions are not terminable for the duration of the agreed upon subscription period which is specified via email or other written agreement or invoice terms.
21. Links to Other Sites: StaffMine contains links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by StaffMine of the contents on such third-party websites. StaffMine is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party websites. If you decide to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
22. Amendments to this Agreement and Changes to the Website: StaffMine may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes will be binding on you on the date they are posted on the website (or as otherwise stated in the any notice of such changes).
